Visual artist, storyteller, self-taught artisan of Indian origin, born in Madagascar, educated in France and immigrated to Quebec in 2005. She often says that she comes from 4 directions: the yellow earth of Asia, the black earth of Africa, the white earth of Europe and the red earth of America. Her approach is a multicultural, multidimensional journey, listening to invisible signs, interior visions which allow to mark out the vast, sometimes too vast, exterior territory. A quest for identity, mystical, feminine, in images, words, bodies and adornments. A weaving of links with our common origins, listening to old mysteries and new hopes. A visionary and poetic work, where beauty transcends memories and stories, from East to West, from North to South.
